Specificity

eNOS/NOS III phosphorylated on serine 114

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 106-118 of human eNOS/NOS III (Ser114) (PRKLQGRPpSPGPP-C) with a C-terminal cysteine added for conjugation to KLH. The immunizing sequence shares 12/13 amino acids with pig and bovine eNOS/NOS III.
