General description

Poly[(m-phenylenevinylene)-alt-(2,5-dihexyloxy-p-phenylenevinylene)] is a host material that can be used as a blue fluorescent dye in organic electronics.

Application

Poly[(m-phenylenevinylene)-alt-(2,5-dihexyloxy-p-phenylenevinylene)] (PMPDHPV) is a conducting polymer that can be used in the fabrication of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). It can also be used as a dye in 3D surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) imaging.
