Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

增殖标志物Ki-67(MKI67)由位于人染色体10的基因编码。该编码蛋白的特点是 N-末端的磷酸肽结合叉头相关(FHA)结构域和蛋白磷酸酶 1(PP1)结合位点 ,中间区域的 16 个串联重复序列,以及 C-末端的亮氨酸和精氨酸(LR)对。
