一般描述

IgG 抗体在补体激活、吞噬作用、胎盘转运和细胞表面受体结合等体液免疫应答中起关键作用。抗兔IgG(全分子)-金抗体可用作二抗(在含有1% BSA和5% NGS的0.01 MPBS中以1:50稀释),通过包埋后实验对GABA和谷氨酸进行EM免疫标记。它也可用于改进的点印迹试验,以确定结合活性。山羊抗兔IgG(全分子)-金抗体与所有山羊免疫球蛋白发生特异性反应。
IgG 是糖蛋白抗体,可调节几种免疫反应。针对靶蛋白的兔 IgG 常被用作各种研究应用的一抗。因此,二级抗兔IgG可作为分析靶蛋白的有用工具。
抗兔IgG(全分子)-金抗体是兔IgG的相应抗体。
