一般描述
人免疫球蛋白G(IgG)有四个亚类：IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4，分别对应重链γ1、γ2、γ3和γ4。抗体的一级结构由二硫键连接两条重链并连接重链和轻链。IgG3为促炎性抗体，在病毒感染时最先出现，引发效应作用。
特异性
该抗体对人 IgG3 具有特异性，与其他 IgG 亚类不反应。IUIS/WHO 研究推荐该克隆在广泛的检测方案和技术中具有特异性和反应性。
应用
小鼠单克隆抗人 IgG3-FITC 抗体可用于免疫组化和间接免疫荧光。

0.01 M 磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 8.0) 中的溶液，含 1% 灭活牛血清白蛋白和 15 mM 叠氮化钠。
储存及稳定性
