General description
Ficoll® 400是蔗糖的非离子合成聚合物，可用于细胞分离和器官分离。
Application
用于细胞分离和细胞器分离。
适用于
- 杂交实验，以减少标记探针与膜的非特异性结合
- 制备DNA上样缓冲液（15％ Ficoll®，0.25％溴酚蓝和0.25％二甲苯蓝FF）
- 分离密度相似但大小不同的细胞（来自人外周血、骨髓和脐带血的PBMC）
- 产生密度梯度，以便分离亚细胞成分
- 细胞和组织样品的玻璃化。
- 比较不同灌注液对缺氧性肺血管收缩（HPV）的影响。
