一般描述

二丁酰环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)具有类似内源性cAMP的活性。具有亲脂性,细胞渗透性更强,更能抵抗cAMP磷酸二酯酶的水解。二丁酰cAMP可抑制磷酸二酯酶,作为探针在信号转导通路中发挥重要作用。[1]

应用

N6,2′-O-二丁酰基腺苷3′,5′-环磷酸钠盐已用于:
  • 用作神经rest干细胞(NCSCs)分化的培养基补充剂[2]
  • 用作低温保存人iPSC(诱导多能干细胞)分化神经元解冻培养基的成分[3]
  • 无血清杜氏改良eagle′s培养基(DMEM),诱导星形胶质细胞分化[4]

可作为分化培养基组分,用于底板祖细胞分化诱导为多巴胺神经元。[5]也作为DMEM:F12培养基补充剂,用于人多能干细胞来源的神经元细胞培养。[6]

生化/生理作用

细胞通透性 cAMP 类似物,可激活 cAMP 依赖性蛋白激酶 (PKA)。
