应用
N6,2′-O-二丁酰基腺苷3′,5′-环磷酸钠盐已用于：
- 用作神经rest干细胞（NCSCs）分化的培养基补充剂
- 用作低温保存人iPSC（诱导多能干细胞）分化神经元解冻培养基的成分
- 无血清杜氏改良eagle′s培养基(DMEM)，诱导星形胶质细胞分化
可作为分化培养基组分，用于底板祖细胞分化诱导为多巴胺神经元。也作为DMEM:F12培养基补充剂，用于人多能干细胞来源的神经元细胞培养。
生化/生理作用
