一般描述
蛋白质测定是生化研究最常见的实验操作之一。二辛可宁酸(BCA)分析中使用了二辛可宁酸溶液，与Lowry蛋白测定法等效。两者都依赖在碱性条件下形成Cu2+-蛋白质复合物，然后将Cu2+还原为Cu1+。还原量与存在的蛋白成正比。BCA测定比缩二脲或Lowry法更灵敏、适用范围更广。
应用
二辛可宁酸溶液（二辛可宁酸蛋白测定试剂盒）用于：
- 在定量菠萝蛋白酶过程中。测定总蛋白含量——菠萝蛋白酶使用由离子液体组成的含水胶束两相系统作为辅助表面活性剂，从菠萝茎残留物中提取。
- 测定在钛合金平皿上共沉淀的仿生磷酸钙涂层中的牛血清白蛋白(BSA)。
