特异性

应用

专为脉冲场凝胶电泳 (PFGE) 或传统电泳快速分离较大 DNA 片段 (10-2000kb) 而配制。脉冲场凝胶电泳法于 1984 年建立,用于处理大小超出分辨率界限且以相同速率迁移的较大 DNA 片段爬行。在凝胶周围施加了交替脉冲、正交定向的电场。每次电场方向改变,较大的 DNA 片段需要沿着新电场重新定向,否则无法继续迁移。重新定向所需时间取决于 DNA 的大小,因此 DNA 根据大小被分离。
