N,N-二甲基十二烷胺N-氧化物(DDAO)或十二烷基二甲基氧化胺是一种两亲性表面活性剂，高pH下为非离子型。两性表面活性剂头部基团所带电荷对pH敏感，可能正电，也可能负电。
应用
