一般描述
Triton™ X-114是一种非离子洗涤剂。该洗涤剂能够溶解膜，具有反相分离特性，可用于固有膜蛋白分离。Triton™ X-114溶液在0℃为均质状态，但20℃以上条件会发生相分离形成水相和洗涤剂相。蛋白质在Triton™ X-114溶液中的相分离已经过研究。辛基苯酚乙氧基化物和阴离子、阳离子和其他非离子表面活性剂兼容，在大多数酸性 &碱性溶液中化学性质稳定。
