General description

Amino-functionalized silica gel spherical is monodisperse in size and shape. It is prepared and characterized by thermogravimetery, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.

Application

Amino-functionalized silica gel spherical was used for the removal of heavy metal ions like Pb(II), Cd(II) and Ni (II) from a ternary aqueous solution.
