SUPELCOGEL™ Ca, 6% crosslinked HPLC column has been used for the analysis of cephalosporin C, glucose, and fructose using normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), after the batch fragmentation of cephalosporin C by a pure culture, Cephalosporium acremonium.
