Application

Solid-phase extraction (SPE) experiments were performed using a Visiprep DL disposable-liner solid-phase extraction vacuum manifold with individual flow control valves from Supelco (Bellefonte, PA, USA) which enabled twelve SPE tubes to be dried at a time.
Visiprep manifold flow control valve may also be used for solid phase extraction experiments(SPE) in the determination of biogenic amines in wine samples using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector (HPLC).

Manifold flow control valve are disposable liner flow control valves that are used as an accessory for 12 port or 24 port Visiprep manifolds.
