General description

LiChrospher® is a reliable and versatile spherical silica sorbent, which is traditionally produced and available with different modifications. LiChrospher® NH2 (5 μm particle size, L × I.D. 25 cm × 4.6 mm) is a highly versatile sorbent with both polar and hydrophobic properties and is suitable for chromatographic separation of carbohydrates (mono-, di- and oligosaccharides) with reversed-phase chromatography, or the separation of nucleotides by ion exchange chromatography.
