General description

Astec® Cellulose DMP HPLC columns separate a wide range of chiral compounds under normal phase, polar organic, and SFC conditions. They exhibit high efficiency, high loading capacity, and excellent column lifetime. With performance comparable to other DMPC-derivatized cellulose CSPs, but at substantially lower price, Astec® Cellulose DMP is a must-have for every chiral column HPLC or SFC screening protocol. Astec® Cellulose DMP is complementary to the other Astec® CSPs, including CHIROBIOTIC®, CYCLOBOND and the P-CAP product lines.

Description: Spherical, porous silica coated with DMPC (dimethylphenyl carbamate)-derivatized cellulose
Particle diameter: 5 μm
Field of Use: Small molecule enantiomer separations in normal phase, polar organic, and SFC modes
