General description

EPA TO-15/17 Calibration mix is a quantitative formulation for use as a chromatographic calibration standard for the determination of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It may also be used as a chemical reference standard for the qualitative calibration of air monitoring and industrial hygiene equipment.
These standards are available in both liquid solutions and gaseous blends, to accommodate calibration of today′s variety of air monitoring and analysis devices and applications. Each standard includes a Certificate of Analysis summarizing the testing data. Each standard solution is provided in a flame-sealed amber ampoule. Each gaseous standard is provided in a transportable cylinder for ease of use in either the laboratory or the field.

Application

EPA TO-15/17 Calibration mix (62 components, 1 ppm in nitrogen) may be used as an analytical standard to quantify volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in food waste emissions as well as ambient and atmospheric air samples by GC-MS.
Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
