Waters 96-Position Autosampler

Application

Assembled screw cap with hole and PTFE/silicone septum was used with screw top vials, to contain plant tissue in an experimental study done in order to identify major volatiles emanating from chestnut reproductive plant tissue. It may also be used in automated solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass selective detection (AutoSPME-GC-MSD) analyses for the determination of sugar-amino acid reaction mechanisms and production of branched-chain alkyl-substituted pyrazines.
