Can the cells that are centrifuged down with product Z761001, TPP easy read cell counter, be recovered and used?
The cells can be resuspended and used. After spinning down the cells, resuspend the pellet in the cell's media. Gentle pipetting up and down is recommended for resuspending the cells.
