Application
- Eppendorf® GELoader® tips have been used for packing of titanium dioxide microcolumns to purify sialic acid (SA)-containing glycopeptides.
- In MALDI-FTMS (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-Fourier transform mass spectrometer), they have been used for the deposition of matrix solution onto probe tip and for the deposition of samples onto matrix layers.
- They have been used for packing of titanium dioxide microcolumns to purify phosphorylated peptides. They have also been used for preparing chromatographic reversed-phase microcolumns to desalt and concentrate peptides.
- They have been used for loading of urine samples into nanospray tip of LTQ Orbitrap XL for MS/MS (mass spectrometry) measurements.
General description
Flexible tip specially designed for loading samples onto sequencing gels.
