Biochem/physiol Actions

BTSA1 is orally available, highly specific and potent BAX activator that binds to N-terminal activation site of Bax and induces conformational changes. BTSA1 potently induces apoptosis in leukemia cell lines and patient samples while sparing healthy cells.
