General description

CF647 is a cyanine-based far-red fluorescent dye spectrally similar to Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor 647. CF647 also has comparable brightness and photostability as Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor647.
Succinimidyl esters are amine reactive fluorescent dyes, which function as probes in arrays studies and are used to label proteins.

Application

CF 647 succinimidyl ester has been used as a dye for fluorescent precursor synthesis.
CF647 succinimidyl ester has been used for the fluorescent precursor synthesis.

Features and Benefits

1. Has comparable brightness and photostability as Cy®5 and Alexa Fluor647. 2. Highly water-soluble. 3. pH-insensitive.
