General description
This product is a liquid lipase product with high activity in the transesterifciation of glycerides, and in the esterification of free fatty acids (FFA). This product is useful for biodiesel applications, for the conversion of both glycerides and FFA into biodiesel, and for production of fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) in the presence of methanol. This enzyme works at 40 °C, which allows the processese to require less energy for cooling.
