Recombinant 2019-nCoV 3C-like Proteinase is produced by E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ser1-Gln306) of 2019-ncov 3C-like Proteinase (Accession #YP_009725301.1) fused with an initial Met, a 6XHis, Avi tag at the N-terminus.

This product is stable at ≤ -70°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt. For optimal storage, aliquot into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
