Specificity

This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Fluorescein and Anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against Anti-Goat IgG F(c), Anti-Pepsin or Mouse Serum Proteins. This product is suitable for the detection of all Human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations.
