Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), Anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG, Human IgG F(c) and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgG F(ab′)2.
