Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Peroxidase, Anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other Mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
