General description

HIS-Select Nickel coated High Sensitivity multiwell plates are manufactured by utilizing a unique non-charged hydrophilic linkage for the nickel-chelate. This proprietary coating technology reduces non-specific binding of recombinant fusion proteins as detected with conventional nickel chelate resins. HIS-Select Nickel coated high sensitivity coated plates are designed for low-level detection of recombinant fusion proteins with histidine-containing tags. Captured HIS-tagged proteins can be detected by standard ELISA methods. Manufactured under ISO 9002 in Sigma′s GMP facility, HIS-Select coated High Sensitivity plates can detect ≤1 ng/well of tagged fusion protein.

Application

Captured HIS-tagged proteins can be detected by standard ELISA methods.
