General description
Screens for CD-1™ is a stainless-steel celldissociation sieve designed for the preparation of single-cell suspensions fromtissues and fragment polyacrylamide gels.
Application
Screens for CD-1™ have been used for:
- filtering tracheids, wood fibers, and ray parenchyma cells from hydrogen peroxide-acetic acid (HPAC)-pretreated oak
- in the isolation of enterocytes from Oncorhynchus mykiss intestine
- to filter dissociated chicken testicular cells to obtain single-cell suspension
