General description

The Human TSLP (thymic stromal lymphopoietin) ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human TSLP in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urine.
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is an interleukin 7 (IL-7)-like cytokine derived from epithelial cells. TSLP aids in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by activating B-cells, dendritic cells, and progenitor cells.
