Immunogen

The epitope recognized by PLA0175 maps to a region between residue 627 and 677 of human B - related factor 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_001510.2 (GeneID 2972).

Other Notes

BRF1 is one of three subunits of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor complex, TFIIIB. TFIIIB regulates RNA Polymerase III transcription which manufactures tRNAs, 5S ribosomal RNA and several other untranslated RNAs.
