Features and Benefits

TruPAGE DTT Sample Reducer should be utilized when performing reducing SDS-PAGE. The Sample Reducer reduces disulfide bonds to help denature protein samples. TruPAGE running buffers are non-reducing, and the cathode chamber should be supplemented with a 1X working concentration of TruPAGE Antioxidant to prevent protein reoxidation and refolding during electrophoresis.
