Application

Naphthol AS-MX phosphate has been used as:
  • a substrate for alkaline phosphatase in human osteoblasts[2]
  • mouse embryonic stem cell (mESC)[3]
  • coronal plane sections for fluorescence staining and analysis[4]

Substrate for the histochemical demonstration of alkaline phosphatase.
