NA2G1F (G1F) N-glycan is a fucosylated biantennary oligosaccharide (FBO) that may be found in the Fc region of IgG. A study of human IgG using high resolution glycan mapping found the terminal galactose on G1F is biased to the Man (α1→6) arm in IgG1 and on the Man (α1→3) arm in IgG2 from healthy individuals.
