Application

Can Product HPA035251 (Anti-FSTL1 antibody produced in rabbit) be used in Western blot and immunohistochemical applications?
A recent lot (sold in August of 2011) was R32464. This is a purified antibody that has been tested and found to be not suitable for Western blot. The CofA for lot R32464 shows a concentration of 0.32 mg/mL, and a titer for IHC of 1:160 (meaning a working concentration of 2 micrograms per mL).
