Application

Mono P® is based on the same matrix as Mono Q® and Mono S. The 10 μm MonoBeads particles are substituted with tertiary and quaternary amines and the small bead size contributes significantly to the high resolution that can be achieved.

Features and Benefits

  • Greatly concentrates samples and resolves pI differences of 0.02 pH units.
  • Mono P® 5/50 GL for rapid scouting of elution conditions (pH gradients) or for separations not requiring highest resolution.
  • Mono P® 5/200 GL for highest resolution separation.
  • Monodisperse 10 μm porous beads yield high resolution, dynamic capacity, reproducibility, and durability.
