General description
The Eppendorf® Combitips® have been completely redesigned and optimized to meet the increased requirements of a modern laboratory to a greater extent than ever before. The result is the Combitips advanced. The Combitips advanced have replaced Combitips plus. Original Eppendorf® Combitips Advanced® can be identified by a "ring" of drop-shaped relief elements on the edge of the tip crown. Combitips Advanced with an integrated piston work on the positive displacement principle, which enables Combitips to achieve high-precision dispensing, independent of the density and viscosity of the liquid. It is also safe to work with radioactive or toxic materials due to the hermetically sealed piston that prevents aerosol contamination.
Optimize your workflows involving plates or large series of other vessels with Combitips advanced dispenser tips and accurately and precisely pipette both viscous and volatile liquids. These positive displacement pipette tips are your consumable of choice for all Repeater multi-dispenser pipettes from Eppendorf and offer a variety of advantages in comparison to their predecessor Combitips plus. Available in nine volume sizes (0.1 mL – 50 mL), Combitips advanced have a maximum range of dispensing volumes with increments as low as 100 nanoliters depending on the Repeater model used.
