General description
mFluor Red 780 is a water-soluble dye that exhibits an excitation at 629 nm and emission at 767 nm with an extinction coefficient of 90,000 cm-1 M-1. Its spectral properties are comparable to APC-Alexa Fluor™ 750. However, compared to APC-Alexa Fluor™ 750, it is more photostable and its conjugates are suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Application
Flow Cytometry: Excitation: 629 nm, Emission: 767 nm
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user
