General description
mFluor UV375 succinimidyl esters dye is well suited for multicolor flow cytometry applications. It exhibits a relatively larger Stokes shift and exhibit an excitation max at 351 nm and emission max at 387 nm. These spectral properties make it an ideal alternate to BUV395. However, in contrast to BUV395, which is a polymer-based dye, mFlour UV375 is a small organic molecule that case be conjugated to antibodies with ease. The NHS esters can react readily with the primary amines in proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules and the resulting dye conjugates exhibit good stability.
Application
Flow Cytometry: Excitation: 351 nm, Emission: 387 nm
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user
