General description

LHX6 is a LIM-domain containing transcription factor that is involved in delineating reproductive behaviours from amygdala to hypothalamus. This transcription factor is also needed for the specification and migration of cortical interneurons.
Rabbit Anti-LHX6 antibody recognizes mouse, canine, bovine, rat, and human LHX6.

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human LHX6 with an internal ID of P03556.

Application

Rabbit Anti-LHX6 antibody can be used for western blot (1μg/ml) and IHC (4-8μg/ml) applications.
