General description

Adrenergic receptors are a G-protein coupled receptors that exist in two forms, α or β. Ligands for adrenergic receptors are catecholamines that induce a sympathetic response in animal cells.
Studies have reported that α2C adrenergic receptors can regulate adrenergic opioid synergy and spinal analgesia. Rabbit Anti-α2C Adrenergic Receptor antibody binds to humanα2C Adrenergic Receptor.

Immunogen

synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal sequence of human α2C Adrenergic Receptor.

Application

Rabbit Anti-α2C Adrenergic Receptor antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry (1:100-1:300) and western blot (1:500-1:1,000) applications.

Physical form

solution in phosphate buffered saline, containing 0.02% sodium azide.
