General description
The recombinant mouse IgG is offered in two unique blends providing different formulations to select from and optimize for best performance results within a specific immunoassay. The formulas are designed to deliver equivalent or better blocking efficiency compared to serum-derived mouse IgG. This B2 recombinant mouse IgG was developed within a similar formulation as B1 but with directed blocking capability to specifically bind human anti-mouse antibodies present in serum/plasma samples and reduce non-specific binding in an immunoassay system using capture and detection antibodies. In certain protocols, this directed binding may result in a lower concentration requirement as compared with standard serum-derived mouse IgG.
Features and Benefits
- Sustainably sourced requiring no animal involvement.
- Batch reproducibility with clonal-derived, cultured supernatant instead of pooled serum.
- Security of scalable supply with on-time delivery.
- Tightly controlled product manufacturing for optimal performance.
- Simplified import regulations and restrictions.
