Application
Established for use as per European Pharmacopoeia in the preparation of reference solutions (a) in the:
- Identification by thin-layer chromatography (General text 2.2.27), test for related substances, and assay using liquid chromatography (General text 2.2.29) of glucose monohydrate and glucose, according to the monographs 0178 and 0177
- Identification of anticoagulant acid-citrate-glucose solutions (ACD) and anticoagulant acid-phosphate-glucose solutions (CPD) by thin-layer chromatography (General text 2.2.27), according to the monograph 0209
