General description
Bis-Tris Bicine EDTA buffer or Bis-Tris buffer (pH 7.2) contains Bis-Tris and Bicine, zwitterionic buffer components that form strong bonds with common metals. In combination with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), a metal chelator, that binds divalent cations.
