Lithium (Li) standardsolution SRM is intended for use as a primary calibrationstandard for the quantitative determination of lithium.
Features and Benefits
- NIST certified value of Lithiumis metrologically traceable to the SI unit for mass fraction and expressed asmilligrams per gram and determined using gravimetric preparation usinghigh-purity lithium carbonate and inductively coupled plasma optical emissionspectrometry (ICP-OES).
- Expiration details, safety, storage, and useare provided on the NIST certificate.
General description
One unit of SRM 3129a comprises five 10 mL sealed borosilicate glass ampoules. Each ampoule contains a solution prepared gravimetrically with a known mass fraction of lithium. The solution also includes nitric acid at a concentration of approximately 0.16 mol/L. For more information, please refer to the SDS and COA.
