Application

For the detection and enumeration of lipolytic microorganisms in food and other material (staphylococci, pseudomonads, clostridiae and marine flavobacteria).

Preparation Note

Dissolve 20 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Let cool to 80°C and add 10g neutral tributyrin (Cat. No. 91010).
