General description

Temozolomide (TMZ) is an alkylating agent of the imidazotetrazine derivatives that shows broad-spectrum antitumor activity against murine tumors.

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
TMZ may be used as a reference standard for the analysis of temozolomide in serum and brain tumor samples by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC), in aqueous solutions by liquid chromatography-electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS), in active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with MS/MS and in pharmaceutical dosage form by HPLC equipped with photodiode array (PDA) detector.
