Application

Daidzin may be used as a reference standard in the determination of daidzin in the root of Pueraria lobate using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).

Biochem/physiol Actions

Daidzin was the most potent isoflavone glycoside tested in modulating differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells toward osteoblasts and away from adipocytes.
