General description

Certan Vial
Fungal genera like Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium, etc., produce mycotoxins. These toxic secondary metabolites are harmful to animal and human health if they enter the food chain via contaminated crops and fruits or through processed food and feed products.
Aflatoxin M1 is a single-component mycotoxin standard solution developed for precise quality control of food and feed.
Isoproturon-d6 has been used as an internal standard in the analysis of pesticides in fine airborne particulate matter, using liquid extraction under pressure and liquid chromatographic–tandem mass spectrometric method (HPLC-MS-MS).

Application

Aflatoxin M1 may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in milk samples and milk products using chromatography techniques.

The aim of this work was to develop and validate a method to determine aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in cheese, yogurt, and dairy beverages. The method consisted of aqueous methanol extraction, immunoaffinity column purification and isolation, RPLC separation, and fluorescence detection.

Our team of scientists has experience in all areas of research including Life Science, Material Science, Chemical Synthesis, Chromatography, Analytical and many others.
