Desoxycarbadox is a metabolite of the antimicrobial growth promoting agent, carbodox.

Application

Desoxycarbadox may be used as a reference standard in the determination of desoxycarbadox in porcine tissue samples using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS).
